About Spectral Procession
Spectral Procession, Sorcery, designed by Jeremy Enecio first released in May, 2008 in the set Shadowmoor and was printed exactly in 6 different ways. It's currently being selled by the minimum price of C$ 0.50.
This card, Spectral Procession, would benefit decks that focus on token generation and flying creatures, particularly in white-based aggro or midrange strategies. While it provides a quick board presence with three flying Spirit tokens, there are potentially better options like Lingering Souls or Raise the Alarm that offer similar effects at a more efficient cost or with additional utility. However, Spectral Procession can still be a strong inclusion in decks looking to overwhelm opponents with evasive threats and synergies with other token-based cards.
Rules
05/01/08
A card with monocolored hybrid mana symbols in its mana cost has a converted mana cost equal to the highest possible cost it could be cast for. Its converted mana cost never changes. Thus, Spectral Procession has a converted mana cost of 6, even if you spend to cast it.
05/01/08
If an effect reduces the cost to cast a spell by an amount of generic mana, it applies to a monocolored hybrid spell only if you’ve chosen a method of paying for it that includes generic mana.
