About Spellshift
Spellshift, Instant, designed by Stephen Tappin first released in Feb, 2007 in the set Planar Chaos. It's currently being selled by the minimum price of C$ 0.97.
A control deck that focuses on disrupting the opponent's spells and gaining card advantage would benefit from including Spellshift in their strategy. While Spellshift offers a unique and potentially powerful effect, other cards like Cryptic Command or Force of Will may provide more versatile or immediate benefits in certain situations. However, Spellshift could still see play in specific metagames or as a surprise inclusion to catch opponents off guard with its game-changing ability.
Rules
02/01/07
If the targeted spell can’t be countered, it remains on the stack and the rest of Spellshift’s effect continues to happen.
02/01/07
If there are no instant or sorcery cards in the player’s library, the entire library is revealed and then shuffled.
