About Storm Cauldron
Storm Cauldron, Artifact, designed by Dan Frazier first released in Jun, 1996 in the set Alliances and was printed exactly in 5 different ways. It's currently being selled by the minimum price of C$ 3.25. It's a key card in 2 combos.
A deck that focuses on landfall triggers and ramp strategies would benefit from using Storm Cauldron, as it allows for additional land plays each turn and can disrupt opponents' mana bases. However, there are better cards that offer similar effects with less downside, such as Azusa, Lost but Seeking or Exploration, which do not bounce lands back to hand. While Storm Cauldron can be powerful in the right deck, its drawbacks may outweigh its benefits in many situations, so it may not see widespread play in competitive settings.
Rules

If a land is tapped for mana and sacrificed all in one action, it goes to the graveyard before the Cauldron can return it to the player’s hand.
