Stormscale Anarch could be beneficial in a red aggro deck that focuses on discarding cards quickly, potentially utilizing multicolored cards to maximize its damage output. However, there are likely better options available, such as cards with more consistent damage output or additional utility, making Stormscale Anarch a niche choice that may not see widespread play in competitive Magic: the Gathering decks.
