A deck that focuses on aggressive strategies and wants to force the opponent's creatures to attack would benefit from using Suicidal Charge. This card can be particularly effective in decks that aim to control the board by weakening the opponent's creatures and setting up favorable attacks. However, there are potentially better cards like Blasphemous Act or Damnation that offer more impactful board wipes, making Suicidal Charge less optimal for competitive play but still a fun and thematic choice for more casual decks looking for a unique twist.

Suicidal Charge’s ability affects only the creatures your opponents control at the time it resolves. If another creature comes under the control of one of those players by the time that turn’s combat step begins, it won’t have to attack.
