Swat, Instant, designed by Daren Bader first released in Feb, 1999 in the set Urza's Legacy and was printed exactly in 2 different ways. It's currently being selled by the minimum price of C$ 0.48.
This card, Swat, would be beneficial in a control or midrange deck that aims to handle smaller threats efficiently. While Swat can be useful in certain situations, there are better options available such as Fatal Push or Go for the Throat, which provide more versatile removal at a similar cost. Swat could see play in specific metagames where there are many low-power creatures, but overall, it may not be a top choice for competitive decks.
