About Teferi's Response
Teferi's Response, Instant, designed by Scott Bailey first released in Oct, 2000 in the set Invasion and was printed exactly in 4 different ways. It's currently being selled by the minimum price of C$ 18.46.
Teferi's Response would benefit a control deck that focuses on protecting its lands while drawing cards for additional resources. However, in a competitive setting, cards like Counterspell or Force of Will may be more versatile and efficient for countering spells without the restriction of targeting lands. While Teferi's Response has its niche uses, it may not see widespread play compared to more universally powerful counterspells in most decks.
