**Turtles in Time** is a seven‑mana blue reset spell that best fits in slower control or “reset/combo control” decks that can leverage mass bounce while being less reliant on creatures themselves—especially decks that generate value from recasting ETB creatures, replaying mana rocks, or refilling after dumping fast mana and spells into the graveyard.
