Tweeze fits best in aggressive or midrange red decks—especially ones that value cheap interaction with reach—such as Mono-Red Aggro, Izzet Prowess, Rakdos Midrange, or spell-slinger builds that benefit from casting noncreature spells while smoothing draws; the rummage effect (optional discard then draw) is particularly useful in graveyard-synergy decks (e.g., Arclight Phoenix, delirium, reanimator shells) or in lists that sometimes flood out.
