This card would be beneficial in a deck focused on generating extra value from untapping creatures, such as a Bant or Selesnya aggro or midrange deck, where card draw and life gain can provide additional advantages. However, there are potentially better enchantments available, such as Rancor or Angelic Destiny, that offer continuous effects throughout the game, making Well Rested less likely to see play in more competitive Magic: the Gathering formats.
