Whetwheel, Artifact, designed by Cyril Van Der Haegen first released in May, 2007 in the set Future Sight. It's currently being selled by the minimum price of C$ 3.45. It's a key card in 1 combos.
This card, Whetwheel, could be beneficial in a mill deck strategy in Magic: the Gathering, where the goal is to force your opponent to draw cards from their library until they can no longer do so and lose the game by being unable to draw. Whetwheel's ability to mill a target player for X cards can help accelerate this win condition. However, there are more efficient mill cards available, such as Mind Funeral or Glimpse the Unthinkable, which may be better options to consider for a competitive mill deck.
