Withering Gaze, Sorcery, designed by Scott M. Fischer first released in May, 2020 in the set Portal and was printed exactly in 3 different ways. It's currently being selled by the minimum price of C$ 0.48.
A deck focused on ramping up mana and playing green spells, such as a ramp or green control deck, would benefit most from using Withering Gaze in Magic: the Gathering. However, there are better cards that provide similar effects, such as Thoughtseize or Inquisition of Kozilek, which offer more versatile and impactful hand disruption. Withering Gaze may not see much play in competitive decks due to its limited scope and higher mana cost compared to other hand disruption options.
