Cyclone, Enchantment, designed by Mark Tedin first released in Dec, 1993 in the set Arabian Nights and was printed exactly in 4 different ways. It's currently being selled by the minimum price of € 0.52.
A deck that focuses on ramping up mana quickly and generating a lot of mana consistently would benefit from using Cyclone, as it requires a significant investment of green mana to keep it on the battlefield and activate its powerful ability. However, there are better options available such as Hurricane, which has a similar effect but without the upkeep cost, making it more efficient in most cases. Cyclone could see play in casual decks or specific strategies that can take advantage of its unique ability, but in competitive environments, it may not be the most optimal choice compared to other cards with similar effects.
