This card could benefit a deck focused on legendary creatures and graveyard recursion, as it provides ramp with the Treasure tokens and can be a good mana source if you have a legendary creature in play. However, there are better options for mana ramp and graveyard synergies in most cases, such as Dockside Extortionist or Cabal Coffers, which are more efficient and versatile. Mines of Moria may not see much play in competitive decks, but could be fun and thematic in casual or themed decks centered around legendary creatures and graveyard interactions.
