This card, Panic, would be beneficial in an aggressive red deck looking to push through damage quickly. While Panic can disrupt an opponent's blocking strategy and provide card advantage, there are potentially better options like Brute Force or Titan's Strength that offer immediate power boosts for a similar cost. However, Panic could still see play in specific strategies focused on card draw and tempo advantage.
