Pressure Point, Instant, designed by Chase Stone first released in Jan, 2015 in the set Fate Reforged and was printed exactly in 4 different ways. It's currently being selled by the minimum price of £ 0.02.
This card, Pressure Point, would be beneficial in a white control deck that focuses on tapping down opponent's creatures and drawing cards to maintain card advantage. While Pressure Point is a decent option for its low cost and card draw ability, there are stronger alternatives like Condemn or Path to Exile that offer more impactful removal. However, in a budget or more casual setting, Pressure Point could still see play as a budget-friendly option for tapping creatures and drawing cards.

If the target creature is an illegal target by the time Pressure Point tries to resolve, the spell doesn’t resolve. You don’t draw a card. If the target is legal but doesn’t become tapped (most likely because it’s already tapped), you do draw a card.
