Titanium Man would fit best in a casual or Commander mono‑black (or Rakdos) artifact‑synergy deck that can take advantage of him being a legendary artifact creature—especially lists that care about artifacts entering or attacking (e.g., with cards like Cranial Plating, Marionette Master, or Mishra, Eminent One) or that can grant extra combat steps or attack triggers—but at four mana for a small body with only a modest attack trigger (temporary flying or just 1 damage), he’s significantly underpowered compared to stronger four‑mana black threats like Sheoldred, the Apocalypse, Rankle, Master of Pranks, or even efficient artifact creatures like Phyrexian Obliterator or Wurmcoil Engine at the next slot up, all of which generate far more impact immediately; as such, Titanium Man would likely only see play in very casual, flavor-driven, or budget builds rather than competitive Commander or constructed formats, where more efficient and higher-impact options are clearly better.
