Activate Sarkhan's +1 ability to turn all Planeswalkers into creatures.
Activate Portal of Sanctuary's ability to return Sarkhan to your hand
The Ozolith's ability will trigger, put Sarkan's counters on the artifact
In the combat phase, move the loyalty counters on The Ozolith to Teferi
Activate Teferi's -10 ability to play two extra turns.
On the first extra turn, return Teferi to your hand with Portal of Sanctuary. Cast both Planeswalkers and activate their +1 ability
On the second extra turn, repeat the process for infinite turns.
