Cheatyface would be a fun and sneaky addition to a blue control or trickster-themed deck, where the goal is to outsmart opponents and leverage surprise plays; decks that utilize cards like Thassa's Oracle or Ninjutsu mechanics could benefit from the element of surprise Cheatyface brings. While there are certainly more reliable win conditions, such as Snapcaster Mage or Mystic Sanctuary, which provide consistent value and card advantage, Cheatyface's unique ability to potentially bypass the casting cost and enter the battlefield unexpectedly can create memorable moments and strategic advantages.
