Chromium, the Mutable, Legendary creature — elder dragon, designed by Chase Stone first released in Jul, 2018 in the set Core Set 2019 Promos and was printed exactly in 2 different ways. It's currently being selled by the minimum price of 159.02.
A control or tempo deck would benefit from using Chromium, the Mutable due to its ability to be uncounterable, have flash, and become unblockable with hexproof. While Chromium is a strong card, it may not be the best option in all situations. Some decks may prefer other finishers or more efficient threats, such as Teferi, Time Raveler or Baneslayer Angel, depending on the meta and playstyle. However, Chromium can still see play in certain metagames or as a sideboard option against control-heavy decks.

Activating Chromium’s last ability after it has become blocked won’t cause Chromium to become unblocked.

Chromium stops being an Elder Dragon for the turn once its last ability has resolved. It’s still a legendary creature named Chromium, the Mutable.

Effects that raise or lower a creature’s power and/or toughness, such as the effect of Titanic Growth, will apply to the creature no matter when they started to take effect. The same is true for any counters that change its power and/or toughness and effects that switch its power and toughness.
