Citanul Druid, Creature — human druid, designed by Jeff A. Menges first released in May, 2020 in the set Antiquities and was printed exactly in 2 different ways. It's currently being selled by the minimum price of 1037.71.
This card would be beneficial in a green-based deck that focuses on disrupting opponents who heavily rely on artifacts, such as artifact-heavy decks or decks with artifact-based win conditions. While Citanul Druid can potentially grow in power with each artifact spell cast by opponents, there are other more efficient options like Reclamation Sage or Acidic Slime that offer immediate artifact removal or disruption upon entering the battlefield, making them better choices in most scenarios. However, if the meta heavily features artifact spells, Citanul Druid could see play as a sideboard option for added disruption.
