A deck that focuses on graveyard interactions, reanimation, or card advantage would benefit from including Dark Deal in its strategy. However, there are better cards with similar effects such as Windfall or Whispering Madness, which provide more card advantage without the drawback of each player drawing one less card. Dark Deal could see play in decks looking to disrupt opponents' hands or fuel graveyard synergies, but it may not be the optimal choice compared to other options available.
