About Elder Mastery

Elder Mastery, Enchantment — aura, designed by Dave Allsop first released in Feb, 2009 in the set Conflux and was printed exactly in 2 different ways. It's currently being selled by the minimum price of 19.86.

This card would be a great addition to a control deck that focuses on disrupting the opponent's hand size while also having a strong flying creature to apply pressure. While Elder Mastery is a solid choice for its versatility, a potentially better alternative could be a card like Steel Hellkite, which offers a similar flying threat with the added ability to destroy multiple nonland permanents. Elder Mastery could definitely see play in the right deck, especially one that values both offensive and disruptive capabilities.
