However, there are potentially better options available, such as Liliana's Specter, which provides a similar effect with a guaranteed discard each turn without the drawback of reducing its own power and toughness. Enemy of Enlightenment could see play in specific metagames where hand disruption is crucial, but in general, it may not be the most efficient choice compared to other options.
