**Interjection** is best suited for aggressive white decks—especially go-wide strategies like White Weenie, Humans, Soldiers, or other creature-based aggro builds—where cheap combat tricks can help win early combat, push extra damage, or save a creature from dying in a trade. The +2/+2 and first strike can swing combat math significantly, particularly in creature mirrors. However, it is generally outclassed by more efficient or flexible options such as **Gods Willing** (protection and scry), **Brave the Elements** (team-wide protection in mono-white), **Valorous Stance** (protection or removal), or even **Sheltering Light** (indestructible), depending on the format; these cards provide either stronger protection or broader utility.
