Netter en-Dal, Creature — human spellshaper, designed by Matt Cavotta first released in Feb, 2000 in the set Nemesis. It's currently being selled by the minimum price of 55.77.
Netter en-Dal would be beneficial in a control deck that focuses on stalling the opponent's attacks and disrupting their game plan. While Netter en-Dal provides a useful ability to prevent creatures from attacking, there are potentially better cards like Maze of Ith or Ghostly Prison that offer similar effects with more versatility or impact. However, Netter en-Dal could still see play in specific metagames or strategies that require targeted creature control on a budget.

The ability only does something if used before attackers are declared during a turn. If used after the creature is declared as an attacker, nothing happens.
