Reduce to Dreams, Sorcery, designed by Daren Bader first released in Feb, 2005 in the set Betrayers of Kamigawa. It's currently being selled by the minimum price of 110.07.
A deck that focuses on controlling the board by disrupting opponents' strategies with artifacts and enchantments would benefit from using Reduce to Dreams. However, there are better alternatives like Cyclonic Rift, which not only returns all nonland permanents to their owners' hands but also has the flexibility to be overloaded for a more impactful effect. While Reduce to Dreams can be situationally useful, it may not see as much play compared to more versatile options in competitive Magic: the Gathering decks.
