About Corrupt

Corrupt would be a valuable addition to a mono-black control deck in Magic: the Gathering, especially one focused on controlling the board and gaining life. Decks with a high number of Swamps would benefit the most from this card, as it can deal significant damage and provide a substantial life gain. While there may be more efficient removal spells available, Corrupt's ability to scale with the number of Swamps you control makes it a strong contender for inclusion in the right deck, particularly in a slower, grindy strategy where life gain and incremental advantage are key.
