About Guided Passage

Guided Passage, Sorcery, designed by Alex Horley-Orlandelli first released in May, 2020 in the set Apocalypse and was printed exactly in 4 different ways. It's currently being selled by the minimum price of NZ$ 0.24.

A deck that focuses on a diverse range of card types, such as a midrange or control deck, would benefit from using Guided Passage as it allows for card selection across different categories. However, in competitive Magic: the Gathering, there are likely better options for card advantage and selection, such as Dig Through Time or Fact or Fiction, which provide more control over the cards chosen. Overall, Guided Passage may not see much play in high-level competitive decks due to its randomness and lack of guaranteed value compared to other options.

Rules

10/04/04

If you have no cards of any of the specified card types, then ignore those types and the opponent only selects cards of the types you do have.
