About Panharmonicon
Panharmonicon, Artifact, designed by Volkan Baǵa first released in Sep, 2016 in the set Kaladesh Promos and was printed exactly in 16 different ways. It see play in 1 formats: Commander. It's currently being selled by the minimum price of NZ$ 6.37. It's a key card in 30 combos.
A deck that focuses on entering the battlefield triggers for artifacts and creatures would greatly benefit from including Panharmonicon, as it effectively doubles the value of these triggers. While there are other cards like Anointed Procession for token strategies or Strionic Resonator for more versatile triggers, Panharmonicon's unique ability to target both artifacts and creatures makes it a strong choice for decks looking to maximize their triggered abilities. It should definitely see play in decks that rely on these types of triggers to gain an advantage.
Rules
03/19/21
Abilities that apply “as [this artifact or creature] enters the battlefield,” such as choosing a color with Gauntlet of Power, are also unaffected.
03/19/21
If an artifact or creature entering the battlefield at the same time as Panharmonicon (including Panharmonicon itself) causes a triggered ability of a permanent you control to trigger, that ability triggers an additional time.
03/19/21
In some cases involving linked abilities, an ability requires information about “the exiled card.” When this happens, the ability gets multiple answers. If these answers are being used to determine the value of a variable, the sum is used. For example, if Elite Arcanist’s enters-the-battlefield ability triggers twice, two cards are exiled. The value of X in the activation cost of Elite Arcanist’s other ability is the sum of the two cards’ converted mana costs. As the ability resolves, you create copies of both cards and can cast none, one, or both of the copies in any order.
03/19/21
Panharmonicon affects a permanent’s own enters-the-battlefield triggered abilities as well as other triggered abilities that trigger when that permanent enters the battlefield. Such triggered abilities start with “when” or “whenever.”
03/19/21
Panharmonicon’s effect doesn’t copy the triggered ability; it just causes the ability to trigger twice. Any choices made as you put the ability onto the stack, such as modes and targets, are made separately for each instance of the ability. Any choices made on resolution, such as whether to put counters on a permanent, are also made individually.
09/20/16
Abilities that apply “as [this creature] enters the battlefield,” such as choosing a creature to copy with Clone, are unaffected.
09/20/16
If Panharmonicon and an artifact or creature enter the battlefield at the same time, those permanents entering the battlefield will cause triggered abilities to trigger an additional time.
09/20/16
If you control two Panharmonicons, an artifact or creature entering the battlefield causes abilities to trigger three times, not four. A third Panharmonicon causes abilities to trigger four times, a fourth causes abilities to trigger five times, and so on.
09/20/16
Panharmonicon affects an artifact or creature’s own enters-the-battlefield triggered abilities as well as other triggered abilities that would trigger when an artifact or creature enters the battlefield. Such triggered abilities start with “when” or “whenever.”
09/20/16
The trigger event doesn’t have to specifically refer to “artifacts” or “creatures.” For example, Amulet of Vigor says “Whenever a permanent enters the battlefield tapped and under your control, untap it.” If a creature enters the battlefield tapped and under your control, Amulet of Vigor’s ability would trigger twice. If a land (that isn’t also an artifact or a creature) enters the battlefield tapped and under your control, Amulet of Vigor’s ability would trigger only once.
