About Archiefval

Archiefval, Direct – valstrik, designed by Jason Felix first released in May, 2020 in the set Zendikar and was printed exactly in 3 different ways. It see play in 1 formats: Commander. It's currently being selled by the minimum price of NZ$ 1.66.

This card, Archive Trap, would be particularly powerful in a mill deck strategy that aims to win by depleting the opponent's deck rather than reducing their life total. It can punish opponents who search their library frequently with effects like fetch lands. However, there are better mill cards available in Magic: the Gathering, such as Glimpse the Unthinkable or Mesmeric Orb, which offer more consistent mill pressure or synergy with other mill cards. If you are playing a dedicated mill deck, Archive Trap could potentially see play as a situational sideboard option against opponent's who search their libraries frequently, but may not be a main deck consideration in most scenarios.
