Storm Shaman, Creature — human cleric shaman, designed by Carol Heyer first released in Jun, 1996 in the set Alliances and was printed exactly in 6 different ways. It's currently being selled by the minimum price of NZ$ 0.61.
Storm Shaman would be a great addition to a red aggressive deck that focuses on quick damage output. Its ability to pump itself up for just one red mana can be quite impactful in the early game. However, there are better options out there such as Monastery Swiftspear or Goblin Guide that offer more consistent and powerful effects for the same cost, making Storm Shaman less likely to see play in competitive decks.
