Tenacious Pup would be beneficial in a green deck focused on creature spells, particularly ones that benefit from +1/+1 counters, trample, and vigilance. While Tenacious Pup provides a nice life gain and buffs the next creature spell, there are more powerful options like \\Hardened Scales\\ or \\Doubling Season\\ that offer similar effects on a larger scale. However, Tenacious Pup could still see play in decks looking for incremental advantages and synergies with +1/+1 counters.
