About Aetherize

Aetherize, Instant, designed by Ryan Barger first released in Feb, 2013 in the set Gatecrash and was printed exactly in 10 different ways. It see play in 1 formats: Commander. It's currently being selled by the minimum price of ₱ 25.15.

A deck that focuses on controlling the board and stalling the game would benefit from using Aetherize, as it can disrupt aggressive strategies by returning all attacking creatures to their owner's hand. While Aetherize is a solid option for this purpose, some may argue that Cyclonic Rift is a better card due to its versatility and ability to target any nonland permanent. However, Aetherize can still see play in certain metagames where bouncing attacking creatures is crucial for survival.

An “attacking creature” is one that has been declared as an attacker this combat, or one that was put onto the battlefield attacking this combat. Unless that creature leaves combat, it continues to be an attacking creature through the end of combat step, even if the player it was attacking has left the game, or the planeswalker it was attacking has left combat. There’s no such thing as an attacking creature outside of the combat phase.
