This card, Arterial Flow, would be beneficial in a Vampire tribal deck in Magic: the Gathering, as it provides both discard and life gain synergies. However, for a more competitive edge, cards like Thoughtseize or Inquisition of Kozilek might be better choices for hand disruption, while Vampire Nocturnus could offer a stronger payoff for a Vampire-focused strategy.
