A burn deck focused on dealing direct damage to the opponent would benefit from including Cackling Flames, especially in a deck that can consistently empty its hand to trigger the Hellbent ability for increased damage output. While Cackling Flames can be a strong inclusion in such a deck, there may be better options available depending on the specific strategy and format.
