Culling Sun, Sorcery, designed by Daren Bader first released in Feb, 2006 in the set Guildpact. It's currently being selled by the minimum price of ₱ 34.73.
A deck that focuses on controlling the board with a mix of white and black creatures would benefit from using Culling Sun, as it can clear the way for larger threats by removing smaller creatures. However, for more efficient board wipes, cards like Damnation or Wrath of God might be better options due to their lower mana cost and broader scope of destruction. Culling Sun could see play in specific metas where its mana value restriction is particularly effective, but overall it may not be a staple in most competitive decks.
