Duh, Instant, designed by Dave Dorman first released in Nov, 2004 in the set Unhinged and was printed exactly in 2 different ways. It's currently being selled by the minimum price of ₱ 21.52.

Duh would be particularly beneficial in decks that focus on controlling the board and removing threats, such as Black Control or Midrange decks, where targeting creatures with reminder text is common. However, there are often better options available, such as Murder, which simply destroys any target creature for a similar mana cost without the specific limitation. Look at the actual creature you’re hoping to destroy to see if it has reminder text. Its Oracle text doesn’t matter for this purpose. It also doesn’t matter if another printing of the creature has (or doesn’t have) reminder text.
