A deck that focuses on card advantage and hand manipulation would benefit from including Fervent Mastery, as it provides both card draw and the ability to disrupt the opponent's hand. However, there are better cards with similar effects such as Wheel of Fortune or Windfall, which are more efficient in achieving the same goals. Fervent Mastery could see play in casual or budget decks, but in more competitive settings, other options may be more optimal.
