Fugue, Sorcery, designed by Randy Gallegos first released in Jun, 1998 in the set Exodus and was printed exactly in 4 different ways. It's currently being selled by the minimum price of ₱ 20.55.
A deck that focuses on disrupting the opponent's hand size and resources would benefit from including Fugue in their strategy. However, there are more efficient options available such as Hymn to Tourach, which can target two cards for a lower mana cost, making it a better choice in most situations. Fugue could see play in specific niche decks that heavily rely on hand disruption effects, but in general, there are better alternatives to consider.
