Harmonic Convergence would be beneficial in a deck that focuses on enchantments, such as an Enchantment Control or Enchantment Combo deck, as it can disrupt your opponent's enchantment-based strategies by putting all enchantments on top of their libraries. However, a better alternative to this card could be Cleansing Meditation, which not only removes enchantments but also artifacts and has a potential bonus effect. While Harmonic Convergence may have situational use, Cleansing Meditation would likely be a more versatile and powerful choice for most decks.
