Hatching Plans, Enchantment, designed by Heather Hudson first released in Feb, 2006 in the set Guildpact and was printed exactly in 2 different ways. It's currently being selled by the minimum price of ₱ 4.06.

This card, Hatching Plans, would be beneficial in a control deck that focuses on drawing cards and out-valuing the opponent. While it does provide card advantage when it goes to the graveyard, there are better options available such as Mystic Remora or Rhystic Study which offer immediate card draw upon specific triggers, making them more efficient choices for card advantage in a deck. Hatching Plans could see play in a more casual or budget deck, but in a competitive setting, it may not be the most optimal choice.
