About Havoc
Havoc, Enchantment, designed by Donato Giancola first released in Oct, 1997 in the set Tempest. It's currently being selled by the minimum price of ₱ 21.32.
This card, Havoc, would benefit a burn or aggressive red deck in Magic: the Gathering by punishing opponents for casting white spells. However, there are better options available such as Eidolon of the Great Revel which deals 2 damage to the opponent whenever they cast a spell that costs 3 or less. While Havoc can be situationally useful in specific matchups, Eidolon of the Great Revel is generally a stronger choice for aggressive red decks due to its consistent damage output.
