This card, Infinite Authority, would be beneficial in a white control deck that focuses on creature removal and combat manipulation. While it can be a powerful tool in certain situations, there are better options available such as Path to Exile or Swords to Plowshares that offer more versatile and immediate removal without the condition of toughness. Infinite Authority could see play in a specific meta where small creatures are prevalent, but in general, it may not be a top choice for competitive decks.
