Kithkin Token, Token creature — kithkin, designed by Jeff Laubenstein first released in Jan, 2026 in the set Lorwyn Eclipsed Tokens.
A Kithkin Token (a 1/1 white Kithkin creature token with no abilities) fits best in aggressive white “go‑wide” strategies, such as White Weenie, Kithkin tribal (Lorwyn-era), or token-based decks that leverage anthem effects like **Honor of the Pure**, **Intangible Virtue**, or **Benalish Marshal**, as well as sacrifice or go-wide payoff cards like **Cathars’ Crusade** or **Skullclamp**. On its own, a 1/1 token is not strong, but it becomes valuable when generated efficiently or synergistically by cards such as **Spectral Procession**, **Raise the Alarm**, or **Cloudgoat Ranger**, which are generally better because they create multiple bodies or provide additional value. The token itself isn’t a card you “play” in a decklist since it’s created by other spells, and it only sees play incidentally as part of stronger token-producing cards rather than as a standalone consideration.
