This card, Knowledge and Power, would benefit a red-blue control deck that focuses on scrying to manipulate draws and deal damage to opponents or creatures. While it offers a unique ability to deal damage when scrying, there are potentially more efficient cards for the same mana cost that provide better value in a competitive setting, such as Electrolyze or Izzet Charm. However, for a casual or thematic deck centered around scrying and spell damage, Knowledge and Power could be a fun and flavorful inclusion.
