Land Equilibrium, Enchantment, designed by Jesper Myrfors first released in May, 2020 in the set Legends and was printed exactly in 2 different ways. It's currently being selled by the minimum price of ₱ 7716.64.
A deck that focuses on land denial or land destruction strategies would benefit from using Land Equilibrium, as it can disrupt the opponent's land development and slow down their mana production. While Land Equilibrium can be effective in certain situations, there are better cards like Blood Moon or Armageddon that offer more immediate and powerful land disruption effects. Whether or not Land Equilibrium should see play would depend on the specific strategy and meta of the deck, as it can be situationally strong but may not always be the most optimal choice.

If a land that would enter the battlefield has its own “If [this land] would enter the battlefield” replacement effect, the player who will control that land chooses which replacement effect to apply. After applying one, if the other one would still be applicable, it’s then applied.

This effect applies no matter how the land would enter the battlefield: because an opponent plays it, or because a spell or ability allows that opponent to put it onto the battlefield. Note that it doesn’t matter whose control the land enters the battlefield under. If the opponent would put the land onto the battlefield under someone else’s control (as a result of Yavimaya Dryad’s ability, for example), that opponent will still have to sacrifice a land.
