Moonring Mirror, Artifact, designed by Christopher Rush first released in May, 2020 in the set Champions of Kamigawa. It's currently being selled by the minimum price of ₱ 28.81.
A deck that focuses on card draw and has ways to manipulate the top of their library, such as scrying effects, would benefit from using Moonring Mirror in Magic: the Gathering. While the card has potential for card advantage, it may be too slow and risky in competitive play compared to more efficient options like Jace, the Mind Sculptor or Narset, Parter of Veils, which provide immediate card advantage without the setup required by Moonring Mirror.
