A deck focused on ramping up mana quickly and playing big creatures would benefit from including Mosstodon in its lineup, as it can give trample to powerful creatures, helping to push through damage. However, there are better cards like Thunderfoot Baloth or Carnage Tyrant that provide similar effects with additional benefits, making them more desirable choices. Mosstodon may not see much play in competitive decks due to its cost and limited impact compared to other options available.
