Primal Boost, Instant, designed by Eric Peterson first released in Oct, 2002 in the set Onslaught and was printed exactly in 2 different ways. It's currently being selled by the minimum price of ₱ 0.49.
Primal Boost would fit well in a green aggro or midrange deck that focuses on boosting creature power to pressure opponents quickly, especially in decks that can take advantage of its cycling ability for additional value. While there are certainly stronger options for creature buffs, such as Giant Growth or even Overrun in certain contexts, Primal Boost's cycling ability offers flexibility that can be beneficial in a deck that needs card draw or options late in the game. Overall, it could see play in a deck that values both immediate creature enhancement and the ability to cycle for card advantage, but it may not be a top-tier choice compared to more powerful alternatives.

Cycling is an activated ability. Effects that interact with activated abilities (such as Stifle or Rings of Brighthearth) will interact with cycling. Effects that interact with spells (such as Remove Soul or Faerie Tauntings) will not.
